My passion is working with adults and families relating to grief and other life transitions; which include, employment exit strategies, career decisions while identifying gifts and talents, finding your life calling and coaching through life-altering events.

I am a relationship expert with a focus on communication, boundaries, and conflict resolution in improving relationship interactions.  My first question is, how authentic are you willing to be in your relationships?

I’ve counseled marriage couples, couples before marriage, families dealing with death, and individuals with anger management issues. I have experience with adults and children dealing with mental health disorders, substance abuse, parenting issues.

I understand that loss and life transitions can be difficult but by creating soul mate kind of relationships is what I do best in empowering you to live your best life moving forward.

There is hope so contact me and let me help you move beyond what you are currently experiencing and help you find an awesome new normal for your life.
